If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age or consent from a parent or legal guardian, you may use Chattoplay only after meeting that requirement.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit, publish, or share.

You must not submit or publish content that infringes another person's rights, privacy, or personal information.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Chattoplay to create, upload, publish, share, or attempt any of the following:

• Illegal, harmful, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content
• Content or conduct that infringes rights, reputation, privacy, or personal information
• Abuse of the service or interference with service operations
• Excessive or automated use that harms the service or other users

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Content that you publish or share may be visible to other users.

6. Removal and Restrictions

Chattoplay may remove content or restrict access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
