• How you heard about Chattoplay
• Prompts and text submitted by users
• Generated games, avatars, and published content

• Basic service records, such as access logs and error logs

2. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

• Providing the service and saving user content
• Confirming eligibility to create an account
• Understanding how people discover Chattoplay
• Generating and sharing games, avatars, and other content
• Responding to support requests
• Fixing errors, maintaining security, and preventing abuse

3. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service.

Your date of birth and age-eligibility record are retained with your account. Your discovery source is retained as a private research-survey answer. We do not copy your date of birth into product analytics events.

If a Google sign-up is started but not completed, the sign-up profile is kept in a temporary HttpOnly browser cookie for no more than 10 minutes. An incomplete email sign-up does not create an account or research-survey record.

When a user deletes an account or requests deletion, we will delete the relevant information without undue delay, unless retention is required by law.

4. Service Providers

Chattoplay may use external providers for hosting, AI generation, analytics, security, and other infrastructure.

These providers may process information only as needed to support the service.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

Chattoplay does not sell personal information.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except with user consent, as required or permitted by law, or through service providers described above.

6. User Rights

Users or their legal representatives may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information.
